I keep getting this message whe clicking on my camera views - very annoying. Any ideas why?

You are probably having memory issues.  Revit has a memory leak.  If you are 32 bit 4gig, then opening and closing high intensity windows, you can max out your memory.  Do you have worksahring monitor installed?  If you do, you can keep track of your memory use and learn how to better control it.
