Ok, I've been trying to find an answer to this one for a while.
In the project I am working one, I have several building sections. and for some reason, one of the perimeter walls is missing. It's in the right place, I can see the wall in the 3d views and the elevations. In fact the curtain wall that is inserted in it, and the wall sweeps that are on it are visible. I've tried diffrent view templates. I've checked it's graphic override properties. I' made new sections in that area. I've chedked too be sure it wasn't hidden. I have similar issues wit hsome wall sweeps in other views, where the area that the sweep cuts out of the wall is missing, but the sweep itsel if not visible and not hidden. I can work around the issure by placing hatches and detail components ofver the missing wall to fill in, but since I shouldn't have to, especially, as is usually the case in revit, the issue seems to multiply. Building section, wall sections, detail call outs of the section ALL have the same issue.
I'm beyond perplexed, and can't wait to hear the simple solution that I'm sure I've been missing.
Thanks all

No, haven't solved it, jsut discovered a little more information that might be pertinant. The wall itself is visible in another section I have cut, but in that section the wall is not cut by an insertion, such as a curtainwall. The wall is 14' tall. The curtain wall is not that large, it's 5'4 tall and it's sill is at 3'-4" from the floor level. Of course I decided to try and delete the curtain wall, and that makes the missing wall appear, as if out of thin air., but I need my curtain wall.

Check the view depth of your section. Revit seems to have a problem sometimes when only a portion of the object is in the field of view. I've not completely figured out this rule yet.
Plans have similar issues with short walls and there has been several discussions on that in the forums.

resolved. Kind of. I deleted the curtain wall, and replaced it. But there must be a better way to fix it since that doesn't answer why it was happening to begin with. If you have any other ideas please let me know.

@WWhub, Thanks for the recommendation, I tried that. It was originally set to approx 50'. I've moved all the settings I could think of checked all the wall properties, you know in case there was the ew box I'd never seen before that said 'screw with drafter' I did get it to work in this case once I deleted the insertion, and put in a duplicate. I need to go back and clean it all up again, but at least it works, still no idea what the actual issue is though. So I'm kind of torn, it works, but I still don't kow the answer. And I'm sure I've seen that situation in here in other spots as well, hopefully the same thing works for them too.
