Greetings
RAC 2012
I have told that there is a way to represent the results of a Yes/No parameter in a (room or door) schedule as a DOT or CIRCLE. I suspect that there is a specific font that I can use for these schedule cells ... does anyone know how to do this?

If you make a yes/no field, you get a check box..... I know - it doesn't look the same as the dots we used to use but visually it works. You might want to register the option to change this in the AUGI wish-list area.
If it is not an automatic field, you can insert a text parameter and type Alt+0149 to get bullets •••. NOTE: Size is contolled by font.

What I have done to convert a Yes/No parameter to text is create a calculated value that reads 'if(Conn Plug, "X", "")', then I hide the 'Conn Plug' field. If 'Conn Plug' is checked then I get an X in the schedule. As WWHub said you can put a text bullet in the schedule, I don't know if there is a character for a circle.

Thank you both for your responses.
I have the check boxes for user input. But what I was hoping for was that the schedule, when on the sheet, would show a DOT or CIRCLE instead of YES or NO.
I thought that I had read somewhere that I could achieve this ... however a calculated value seems like a reasonable option.

Ok, so I've got this working with the calculated value but if the answer to this statement:
if(F1 CONCRETE, "Alt+0149", "") .......... YES ==> Alt+0149
How do I get this expression to show the CHARMAP character in the schedule?

Try entering the character elsewhere, then C&P into the formula.

No problem. I generally end up with at least two schedules when I need to do something like this, one that goes on the sheets with the Yes/No params hidden, and one with them visible that I actually work in.
