Am I missing something? The only way Revit will let me print schedules is by putting them on sheets and then printing the sheets. I can do that, but it seems like an odd constraint, and creates extra work just to put a schedule on a sheet of paper to check it...
Thanks

Yes, for now the only pure Revit way to print is to place the schedule on a sheet.
The other options are:
1. Export schedule to a .txt file and open and print with Excel.
2. ODBC export project and create report with Crystal Reports or database
3. Develop an application making use of the Revit API to print schedule.

This is an old post but relevant for many. For those interested in printing long Revit schedules, or exporting a professional looking schedule in PDF or WORD directly from Revit, please have a look on the solution we developed: Archigrafix Reports. The tool alows to split the schedule in multiple pages. There is a free trial on the website.
