So I wanna create a custom template in the revit architecture 2012 ...
But since I create the new project with none template thru revit 2012...
There is one level which called level 1 have already been set up without any elevation view...
After I create the elevation for the project ..
I can't see any level in my view ....
Who can tell me where the defalut level have gone ...

All Revit installations come with default templates so either your path to find them is not set or your installation is bad. The path for templates is set under the Revit R - Options - Fle locations.

When you want to create a template, pick new ... then check the template box instead of project.
I don't know what you mean by "adjust default level". If you mean the physical elevation of a level, you should search your HELP for level. There you will read:
" If the elevation base value is set to Project, the elevation reported on a level is with respect to the project origin. If the base value is set to Shared, then the elevation reported is with respect to the shared origin. To change the shared origin, you can relocate the project. See Relocating and Mirroring a Project. "

I means no matter you create a project or a template ,
you could choose a template or none template from the new project dialogue option as the pic 1 which I have uploaded.
Then I click the button to create a new template project...
You can see the pic 2 that the RAC have already create a default level which called level 1..
But there is no any elevation view in the project browser....
So I create the elevation view by myself as the pic 3 ...
After I create the elevation 1 -a as the pic 4..
there seems nothing in the elevation view....
So where is the default level....

First, I suggest that you find and use the default template.
Then, I suggest you go through the tutorials and look at some beginning revit tutorials on-line like on U-Tube. The HELP is also good to browse through and read.

Ok,thx all the same ..
I find the default level finally...
The fact is that level is also a 3d line which is set near the system base point which also been hide in the project...
You could see the level and the system base point if you set the view point and params correctlly...
In that case ,you could change all you want and create what you like .....
