I'm trying to export the below image. When I have shadows turned on, revit architecture 2012 is crashing with a fatal error.
It works with shadows turned off.
Is anyone else having this problem? Just curious if it is me or a 2012 bug.
computer specs;
i7 940QM
8gb RAM
GTX460M 1.5gb

i just asked a similar question, sorry did not see your thread. 2012 is freezing when i export any image. have you figured it out?

Well, I tried that with shadows on, 600 DPI, with JPEG, TIFF, PNG.... and I don't have that problem, it took about 10 sec. to process but .... also, i did the same with "Hardware acceleration ON and OFF"....
Computer Specs:
I7 930
12 GB Ram
ATI Radeon HD 5850 1GB

do you have ambient shadows on typoon?
it just doesn't look like it from the image you attached.

just tried it again and had no troubles. jpeg [lossless] 600dpi. weird. might have been my vid card drivers.
can't help you peter. maybe try updating your video card drivers.?

as always typhoon, you know everything. amazing.
my problem with the export image thing, is that revit freezes as i hit the command. does not get to the normal dialogue box. i will try on another computer tomorrow in case it is relating to this 32 bit laptop.
