Hi
I have tried different options in "Edit type", "Edit type / Rail structure" and "Edit type / Baluster placement" ....
However the rails couldn't be jointed properly.
Any tips?
Please see the attached picture

Try doing this as one sketch...just use seperate line segments joined end to end.

But it doen't work.
Can it be problems of the baluster family and rail family ?
If so, how to redraw them and set them properly?

Do this, sketch a rail using your rail definition using one sketch ... 3 lines conneceted at angles and look at the resulting rail. It will be continuous with no join problems.
