hello,
i have two questions about working in a schedule:
1) How do I zoom in when working? I'm working on a room finish schedule and I would like to see the text a bit larger while working
2) Is there a way to select multiple "squares" and change them all at once? I know how to select multiple rooms and change the floor finish (for example) in the properties tab from the floor plan, but it would nice to have a similar method while working in the schedule.
Thanks!

You can't zoom in - sorry.
Learn to filter & sort your schedules in ways that you can have same items in one line (show all instances off) - Then you only add the data once.
We use seperate working schedules from the sheet schedules so that we can manipuate this as many times as required for easy entry.
