Does anyone have a way to add the parameter of 'Phase' to a Drafting view so that in the project browser it will group itself with the other views created in that phase. For example, a detail created in the New Construction Phase should group with the other New Construction views and not under the '???'. We are using Revit 2011.

Nothing automatic like you want. You can add view parameters and sort your browser any way you want.
