I am currently building a nested family based off of a Exterior door jamb with no interior molding and brick moulding on the exterior. I built the extrusion for the jamb and locked it to the interior wall and locked it to the core face on the exterior. Thant works fine. My problem is how should I cut the wall for the opening? If I cut it around the jamb, the way it should be, half of the brick moulding gets covered by exterior material ie...Brick? If I cut it around the brick moulding, the rough opening of the door and the wall dimensions are incorrect. Am I approaching this the wrong way? I attached the file for viewing
