Hi!
Currently our problem is to have an online server to save our project and can work simultaneously, Like workset using lan. For now, we are sending a file from ftp or yousendit and manually link it to our master file.
Your quick response is a big help.

You could look at:
- Revit Server - This is probably your best bet given that you have the server capacity. In the long term, you could add Riverbed Appliances to speed up your netwrok connection speeds.
- Remote Desktop Applications (Cloud Computing) - This is probably the quickest solution.
Good Luck!
