has anyone a solution to annoying problem of the plasterboard wrapping around the window frame at the jamb. (see attached image & file)

any fix would be much appreciated.

I think since your void openings in the window family aren't aligned with the outer edge of your frame the wall components are trying to wrap around the frame.
