Using Revit Server - Seems to be working well.
A user tried to work on a Revit model over a VPN connection. The user's VPN probably lost connection and the local will could not be sync'd. This seems to have messed up the Central file.
I was unable to remove the old central file from the master server - locked. I was able to put a new central file in place after creating a new folder in Revit Server. I was then able to copy the other linked models to the new folder so the users could get back to work.
My remaining problem is the the original folder appears to have a lock associated with it and I am unable to remove the original folder and the copied linked models from the server.
How can I clear the locks?
I have tried re-installing the Revit Server system on the server but the locks persist (I did not remove the files before the installation on purpose).
