hi,
we are doing a series of small sized structures and the project manager has decided to squeeze the number of drawings in as small as possible by combining the two different models (building 1 & building 2) into single file. the question is how can i make the grid of both buildings to use grid 1, 2, 3 ... (grid A, B, C...)? or simply make their grids the same (not the distance). is it possible to use the grid sequence more than once?
your help is very much appriciated
thanks in advance,
albertiglesia

i tried to link building 2 file to building 1 file to make all its (building 2) annotations and grids the same as it is in building 2 making building 1 have identical grids on 2 models but still the question remain, is there other way to do this? if i will bind the link, the grid of the inserted link will be automatically edited by revit, removing my desire to have identical grids on two totally different models or plan. please help me
thanks in advance
