Where do you go to change the text style for the vieport call out. Our company uses Impress BT for our text style and I would like to change the default viewport callout. Thanks

You need to make a new view title family. You can start from an existing family if you are not sure exactly how they work. Look up view title in your HELP, it will tell you exactly how to load and apply a new view title.
