This is my first revit project. I have been struggling with this issue for some time. Building Elevation (First Floor) = 0'-0".Local Survey csv file. All points relative to Property Pin on site.I would like to import the topo and move it vertically in elevation view to where the it fits the home for windows in the basement and driveway slope. Seems simple... yeah right! I created a toposurface from a supplied csv file. The survey data is relative to a property pin being 0,0 and with an elevation of 0.913m. This 0.913 will ideally end up being -8' 9-3/8" in my project. This is based on my first floor being 0'-0". I import the csv file and rotate the topo in place horizontally to match my referenced site plan. This seems to work well. However, in elevation view the topo is out of place vertically. The property pin that has a 'z' value of .913 in the csv shows an elevation of 2' 11-121/128" in its properties, but it is phsically at at an elevation of 10' 11"-121/128" related to building floor elevations. If I move the entire topo vertically to where I want it (down by 19' 9-41/128", the property pin reads 16' 9-3/8". Or exactley 8' more than I want it too. It seems to me the topo is being created at a level 8' higher than I want it to. Is this an import setting? SitePlan setting? Project Base setting? Project relocate?
