Please see the attached file. It looks right when it's in default scale (1/8"=1'-0" But when I switch to 1/16" scale, the right arrowhead looks angled and tweaked? Is there a way to avoid it? I have lots of this text all over the plan, thanks in advance.

I can't shrink the file to less than 2mb even with just 1 text in the file.

Use something like screenhunter free to capture your screen and post that.

You do not have to upload the revit file just an image. Do screen capture with ALT+PRTSC or the Windows 7 Snip tool. Then upload that image here.

See attached PDF file of the snapshot. The upper one is 1/8" scale; the lower one is 1/16" scale. It's the same annotation. The only thing's changed is the graphic scale under properties.

This happens because the tag is now directly above where the leader points. If you don't want this to happen, the leader has to come off the end far enough that the scale change doesn't do this.

This is going to be tough because most of the time this note applies to two curbs that are close to each other.

here is an option for you if this text will basicly remain the same, you could create a generic annotation family. You will need to draw the leader lines, (text in the generic family does not have leader option it is greyed out) Once you have your generic text created to the correct size and all you can place this family as needed and it will scale as you expected it to. Plus you can create different versions of this text and nest the families to give you more options. I hope this helps ----edit---- I don't think this concept will solve your issue 100%. The leaders don't go all wacko when you change scale but you still need to move your generic text family around to relocate it once you change the scale. It was an idea though....

Cadman, Thanks for the suggestion as always. I appreciate it. Hope they can make this a much easier process in the future release.
