Hi All, After long time. Im using revit Architecture 2010 1. the model is an industrial building & the slab thickness'es are different in one floor plate it self, what i have done is ive created many slabs in one floor plan as per the slab thickness , and FYI there is no floor finish, just the floor slab, now my question is, i see these lines at every joint (where there is difference in slab thickness) how can i get rid of them (is hiding only way)or the way i created many slabs is not correct..? 2. as it is an industrial building the floor heights are big, and there are many openings in floor slab (rectangular shaped) now i want to show openings above and openings below on my floor plan, is there any way to make them appear automatically or drafting is my only option.? any tips & guidance pls. thx JW

1. You can use "Modify > Join" to make the different floors merge togheter. 2. In the view where you want to show the opening above or below, set an "underlay" view were the openings are visible, then use "Modify > Linework" (LW) to pick the opening edges using a dashed line type, i.e. "above", and finaly get rid of the underlay. The openings will now show, and be constrained to the openings, in the case that they change. Good luck
