How do you do it? I am spending more and more time on the phone these days now that our sister office have taken on work in Revit. Although our users are growing more confident each day, there's still a lot I need to talk them through, be it Revit-related, or architectural-design (I bridge both roles) and I'm finding the phone isn't enough. A colleague has mentioned using Remote Assistance, but for now I would prefer not to assume control of their mice and do the work for them, believing it better they perform the task themselves - so in esence all I want/need is a way to "snoop" in on their desktop activities, so I might talk them through things.... "left, left, a bit more, no not there, yes that's it, click yes, no wait, not there, there, go, go go!"

I just recently used Ready Access Web Meeting to do exactly that. The guys that needed help set it up and I logged into their session. The nice part about it was that they could grant me mouse/keyboard control of programs at their end (Revit and windows explorer) so if they were completely lost I could step in, but as long as I wasn't touching anything they still had control.
