Hi, thanks for reading. 

 I'm trying to create a custom elevation tag via:

and the step to start, I can't do because I don't have this template file in my source folder or on our network:

In the New Family - Select Template File, navigate to the Annotations folder, and open Elevation Mark Body.rft.

I've searched google and the revit city site for this file and can't find it anywhere.  If somebody could just go to their folder that has it, copy it and send it to me i'd appreciate it SO much.
