My firm does alot of tilt wall buildings, we are soon to be on Revit, Just learning the ropes with demo mode at this time. Many folks talk about using curtain wall systems to develop this type of look. I just created a wall system using Conc 12" wall sized to likeing, then added Reveals horz. and vert. from Profile devolped Families (like voids) I learned to dim. to these reveals using ref planes. Some pics! I have noticed that there are limits to this also. Like the storfront mull's to the reveals will only show if I center them onto the edge of opening etc.. I have not figured out how to create 3/4" edge chamfers yet on ends of panels yet.

I am actually in this same boat right now.  We are doing a tilt up precast building.  The issue I ran into with reveals is that the lines were too much on the elevations (since it was showing every edge of the reveal.  I changed it back to a pattern applied to the exterior to get the results we were looking for.  Did you find another way to get around having multiple lines on each reveal instead of just one?  To my knowledge, reveals don't allow linetypes like other families... or do they?

You could do model lines over the reveal line and hide the reveals (per views) Or I'm thinking if reveals under VG and tab to line type under reveals (if their are any) change the LW under that type. If thats does not work then you cans control LW of the model lines. I would have to see if this works for reveals under VG.
