Okay, this is a fun one. Revit 2011 64bit I've lost the ability to edit some (but not all) of my wall profiles. "Reset profile" is my only option now, and I think i'd rather pass. Curiously though, after I select one of the offending walls, both edit and reset buttons are initially available, but a fraction of a second later the "edit profile" button grays out. no exaggeration--a quarter of a second later it grays out. Now, since I have catlike reflexes, I can position the wall right below the edit profile button and select the wall and then click the button extremely fast, and sometimes I can do it in time, and YES, THE WALL IS EDITABLE. I can make my changes, and finish the sketch, everything modifies and is copacetic. So why is revit tweaking out? It's graying out a common action, that I can even trick it into performing. It's killing me. Suggestions? Seen this before?

I haven't had that before but I did run into "walls suddenly transparent" which is to say that all the fixtures on the otherside of the wall were visible in exterior elevation and it did not matter VG settings cause all were tried. Revit is a wondermint.
