Hi guys, I'm trying to learn how to use the keynote function in Revit Architecture 2011, but I get a warning coming up saying; "Unable to load keynote data; the file has either been moved or deleted. Check the folder location of the keynote table in the keynoting settings and change the folder path if necessary." I am not sure what this is asking me to do, I don't have 'keynote settings' or a 'keynote table' and I have reloaded the keynote annotation family. I have searched revit help and the net with no useful information. Any help is greatly appreciated

Simple - Revit can't find your keynote file. From the annotate tab, click on the tag down-arrow then keynote settings. Now browse for the full path of your keynote file, then set your path type and numbering method then OK. Now REvit can find them. BTW - If you search keynot in your HELP - you will find everything you need - including Keynote Settings.... It's all there if you look.

Aha! Thank you. I found the tutorials for using the keynotes, just that first warning was throwing me off. Thanks again.
