hi, im making a big plan of my city but trying to move some buildings in elevation is very difficult and takes to much time. im looking for a way that the terrain could be the host or the base constrain to the masses im buliding up, like a rpc thanks a lot...

Like attach walls to topo surface? No

Make your building a site component. I believe they can be hosted on a topo surface.
