It would be nice to link notes so that if you change one all the other linked notes would all also change.

As would be typical of Key Notes they only show the little Key Note tag that refers to a Key Note Legend or Schedule. If there is a way to actually make the whole note show at each leader rather than just the tag then we would be on to what I am looking for.

If you read your HELP - Under Placing a Keynote - you will see: 2. On the Properties palette: - In the Type Selector, select a keynote style (Number, Number - Boxed [Large or Small], or Text).
I think the obvious term here is TEXT - right?

Got. it. Not quite so obvious for a newbe. I now have a few questions about Key Notes but I will switch to the appropriate forum. Thanks for the direction.
