Revit 2011, I made view templates, one lighting and another power but in the power plan I can't get the doors to show, even when I apply the lighting plan to the power still no doors. What do I do? Both lighting and power view templates are the very same yet no doors.. Sad

I am finding revit to be very frustrating with many things. Also having an issue with tags, doesn't seem like tags work at all, please help, thanks.

I can guarantee you that these items, templates & tags, all work very well and don't seem to have any bugs.  That being said, the problems you are having are all because of your process.

If possible, you should look at taking some entrance level training.  Also reading about thes items in your HELP will actually help you.  Search template and search tag and read all of the topics in those categories.

If both view templates are the same, then why use two different templates?  If you apply one template then the other and the view changes, then obviously, the templates are not the same.

In order for a tag to be used, the proper tag has to be loaded in the project for the item being tagged.  Creating tags and understanding parameters is another level of Revit use and not for beginners.
