Is it possible in Revit to mirror anything from the center point of a line? I can't seem to find it if so. Its so much of an extra step to find the center point and draw a line there and then choose that line to mirror the object. This is on my wishlist!

Select the mirror M with the pencil icon. Then your line is temporary and it can snap to whatever your snaps are.
