Our firm currently has a word/paper based project checklist form(e.g. north arrow, rated walls are shown, etc.) but would like to have it integrated into Revit ('09 should be moving to '11 soon). Is there a way to create a checklist family in Revit that architects and draftsman could use to mark progress. Ideally we'd like to link the checklist to the project title block and auto fill the "drawn by" and "checked by" boxes. Any thoughts are appreciated. Thanks!

Look into parameters that are assigned to the sheets.
