I am working on a high rise building. I am using a lot of curtain wall and every floor has different horizontal mullion spacing’s. Is there a way of setting the distance of mullions (not equally) so I do not have to go back into elevation or 3D view and manually change the spacing?(500mm, 1100mm, 2000mm etc etc) I have tried to make the changes to 1 panel so I can try the match properties option but it doesn't work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

From your question, I think you need to spend some time understanding curtain walls.  Here is a good place to learn some of this:  http://revittotd.com/06/225 You will find a whole sequence on curtain walls that will help you there.

If your curtail wall goes full building height as it should, you will have to manually move the grids.  If it is floor to floor, you can set up an automatic curtain wall with muillion spacing.  But I thick the manual metod is easier.

Thank you for the link, unfortunately it was basic curtain wall information which I know. In my model I have a few different curtain wall instances. Some span multiple floors and others span 1 floor. I was hoping for some sort of parameter setting that would allow me to set and control the different mullion heights (not equal to each other) within an elements or type window.
