Once you start design options in a project is there any way to get rid of them and keep your elements at the same time. We started with a few preliminary ideas....now we know what we want so we dont want t odeal with the design option anymore...is it possible??

I've had a wishlist item for a remove from design option button for a while.
Unfortunately current they are there to stay. Only way to remove them is to cut and paste them out of the design options.

If you just want to get rid of all the options under an option set and make the primary option part of your main model, then highlite the option set and choose "accept primary". This will blow everything away except the main option which is now back as part of your main model.
