This "Man" has no setting for offset from a level and the only height level he shows on is the main level no matter wht level you attach him to. How do I get him to show 21" off the floor level? http://www.revitcity.com/downloads.php?action=view&object_id=9109

It's a "Face Based" family, just create a new "Generic model" family and and copy that "Man" into the new family, then in project, in a elevation/section view you can move that "man" or in properties change the "offset" parameter.
