Revit does uses profiles which just mean what ever shape you have to be extruded on a path, so you can choose a cee section profile for your steel beam...
profiles in revit have nothing to do with site or contours, for that you will need to use the site tools...
what do you want to do?

my question is that i am going to create a site from survey plan from RL 22 to RL 30, the site is regular shape, those contour line is located nealy equally on it. I mean how you draw those contour line on the site with the tool site and give them RL. Oh, my god it is just simple when i use ArchiCAD, could you tell me where to start it? draw a site boundary, give contour line, then give RL? OR.........

Okay so you have a survey plan and i assume its in Autocad format...
If the contours have z values you can import the dwg into revit. (make sure you import it as a model element "don't tick current view only"
Then in your site tab, select topography and use imported. then pick your imported dwg and select the layer that the contours are on (or if its a point source you can use that also).
Done.
If the contours don't have a z value, either give them one or just place points of the correct RL along the contour.
HTH.
