I'm using both Revit Architecture 2010 and 2011 and I have a residential client who wants a railing that is glass panels with aluminum rails and balusters. I have attached a few pictures of what he wants. I found a similar railing and have modified the rails and balusters, but I can get the glass width to adjust. The glass panels are 24" wide. My railing is set between 12" posts that are independent of the railing so if the railing section is only 4' long, the railing centers i pice of glass in the railing. Please see attached view. Can anyone help me solve this? It's quite frustrating.

think I would do it with storefront for the wall portion with a separate rail, just a thought you will need to maintain only 4" clear openings I think

I WOULD DO IT AS INPLACE FAMILIES USING EXTRUSIONS AND SWEEPS. SETTING THE MATERIALS FOR THE PIECES AS I DESIGN THEM. ARE THE PANELS YOU WANT TO ADJUST INPLACE FAMILIES. IF SO YOU WILL NEED TO EDIT THEM INDIVIDUALLY. MAY BE THE REASON YOU CANT GET THEM TO ADJUST.
