Can someone help me understand why my plans will display a void under a pad. I have a building cut into the topography. the lowest level is smaller in plan than the level at grade. At the 1st floor( lowest level) plan the earth fill pattern from the topography is present except where the upper level footprint is extended, in these areas it is blank. phase filter is set to display show all. in section the areas under these pads appear do not highlight when i select the rest of the topography Drawing an filled region is not acceptable solution.

Have you tried the paint bucket to paint the surface?
