guys, is there a way of batch importing/creating shared parameters for rooms, instead if one by one say for illuminance etc??

 

got a shed load to import and create was looking for a quick way of doing it but i fear there isnt!!

First, open the project you are trying to import parameters INTO, then open a project file that has all of the parameters you need to import.  Switch your window back to the target project and go to Manage/Transfer Project Standards (Not positive that this exists in 2010, but it is in 2011), make sure the drop down menu shows the project that contains your needed parameters, click on project parameters and hit OK.  I think that should accomplish what you are trying to do.

ok, so the transfer is possible after initially entering all the parameters into an exisitng model, theres no way to batch import form a shared parameter file??

yeaas, i will from now, just means creating 25-30 seperate project parameters lol was being lazy hoping i could do it in one go Smile no worries, they are in now and in the template for future use etc
