When I imported the CAD drawings of plantings, how can I link then to the parameter of "tree height" to make them adjustable in any projects. Many thanks~!!

You can't, CAD objects are like dumb objects, they aren't parametric, You must use the "Scale" tool to change the size of that object.

Since Revit 2012 it became possible to assign a parameter to CAD imports, and consequently define a tree height to planting families. We have a video on how it works : parametric revit tree scale (see: Tutorial / Parametric Scale).
