I am tracing drawings from autocad into revit v8.1 and have come across a problem. The door shown in the attached file has been designed so that it does not open the full 90 degrees. Can somebody explain to me how this can be achieved in revit.

I think you have to create a new door family and adjust the swing in the family to suit

if you are running Revit 8.0, select the door family and chose to edit familily. remember to SAVE AS the family with a difrrent family once in family envirolment, go to floor plan view and edit the door sweep angle to desired , remember its just the 2d symbolic lines on the floor plan, it has nothing to do with the 3d geometry. Hit upload to project on the lecft pane select your project from the pop up list, go now to your project select the door again and change family type to the new one from your family dropdown.
