I have a consultant who is trying to place his lighting on my RCP's. The first floor RCP is fine. He is able to place anything he wants on it. The lower level RCP, however, is not snapping to the ceiling. He can't get the light to snap to the ceiling the way it usually works, and has worked in the same model for the first floor. He has also told me that his View Range is set the same as mine if that matters. Anyone have an ideas?

Who owns the ceiling? If you own it, he has to use face hosted families.

Im not sure. I owned it to start but then sent him a copy of my model. He had no problem placing the lights on the first floor but can't seem to snap to the ceiling on the lower level. Thanks
