when i look at my project in 3D, the window keeps becoming smaller and when i turn the project around to other other corners, other parts, MAJOR parts cut cut out

Like you can see you have those buttons to control the "Crop view", just select the first (Do not crop view)

Turn off view crop. If you are using a section box, turn that off.
