When we demolish a window in an existing situation, we can still see the outlines of the demolished window in the new situation. (see attachement How can we turn these lines off, or make them less visible ? Greetings, Marien

Try setting your phase filter to "show complete". I've had similar problems with window families that I've either created or downloaded, so that also may be the root of your problem.
