i am new to Revit 2011. i need to export Revit 2011 floor plans to AutoCad for use by an MEP. What are quick ways to make this file available for their use without all the parametric tagging and callouts, dims, constraints etc. - basically i need to give them a very stripped down version without all the extra stuff of Revit. Our office here is probably going the long way by hiding in view before export of everything that the engineer does not need. is there a better way? any pointers would be appreciated,

Duplicate the view, dont use "duplicate with detailing". In your duplicated view, go to VG and turn off annotations. Export that view.
