I am needing to create my text and labels in Families and have it to rotate to align to the bottom of the shett when brought into a model. I have tried to do this several ways and could not get it to work. It is only keerp readable to the right or bottom of page. This is a biggie with my new boss and really need to try to get this to work Thanks

Keep readible is your only option - there is no horizontal only option.
