I am making an area schedule with 2 foors. I have both floors SF listed in the schedule, I just need a grand total. How can I have a a row that gives the real grand total of living space? I selected the "grand total" box but all it says is grand total with nothing else. What formula could I write for the perameter? Or is there a different way? Thanks, I appreciate it!

Make sure that you have the "area" set so it can be summed up. Under the "formatting" tab of the schedule properties highlight area and check the box 'calculate totals'.
