I am having an issue where I have copy/coordinated the architects walls for my structural model and having issues on a few exterior walls where if my top of footing is 2' below finish grade the exterior wall will not extend down to meet the adjacent wall footing elevation. I have even gone and changed wall the wall type to be the same as the adjacent footing but nothing happens. The walls have the same base constraint and base offset. I did change the problem wall to move to another base constraint and it moved. Any ideas? Also, this wall is showing the exterior eifs at the second level and I do not know how to remove that from my views. In addition, I am hoping once I figure out why the footing is messing up it will fix the third issue which is the wall footing attaching to the top of opening at the far right hand opening. I think this is because there is no wall below to attach to. Please see the attached picture of the issue. THANKS!

Most of your problems would be solved if you add a foundation wall that starts at your floor and goes down. Then place the footing under this wall. Foundation walls are typically different than walls above grade so they should be modeled seperately.
