Does anyone Know how to do a Rippled Structural Slab like the profile in the attachment ? i cant seem to find any thing on how to do Ripped Structural Slabs any where !

Do you mean ribbed using a metal deck?  Sorry but I will not open a dwg when a simple image could have worked.

 

We don't model floors like this.  We add detail components to appropriate sections and details.

As Isaid, we do not model something like this.  Create a masking region family that is the shape of the open area of this slab, then set it up in a repeating detail.  Create your floor as a full thickness, then in cross section views, drag this repeating detail across the bottom of the slab and it will create the apparent void areas.

revit structure models ribbed slab as the basic metal deck, it will appear flat top and bottom unless you view it in fine detail. you can change the direction of the ribs by changing the span direction.
