mhbn4 active Joined: Sat, Jun 12, 2010 25 Posts	i have a file and its size is 140 Mb how can i decrease the size of file(with out doing purge) and i think this size is not real

Did you create too many "In-place" families? Your file has excess views and images? ----------------------------------- I Hope and I Wish to LEARN more, and more, and more.... REVIT

bajoyce active Joined: Sat, Feb 7, 2009 8 Posts	Purge is going to create a more manageable file for both storage and while working in the model. as stated above, you can always reload families. if you are unsure of the purge process, just gradually pruge catagories, instead of all items at once.
