I am having a hard time trying to get the following working here's a sample 1 issued for 60% 2010.11.06 this would automatically duplicate in all sheets and then lets say the next one would be 2 issued for 80% 2010.11.15 each one of these would indicate a new submission. In autocad I simply use an xref and just adjust the information and it is automatically updated on all sheets. Is there a way to do this in revit I have tried using a schedule but it just does not want to work this way.

Would revisions work for this? You could do very similar to CAD... Have a legend where the data is entered and this legend is on every sheet. We do this as a project parameter that is shown on very sheet - part of the sheet. But in our method, we do not track like a revision. It is just an issue & date. We don't see any reason to show previous submission dates.
