So here's my problem. I have made a bunch of Callout detail views of my floor plan. Also, I have made a bunch of interior casement work elevations by placing elevation tags on the overall floor plan. My problem is the interior elevation makers are not showing up in the detail plan view. How do I fix this? I need the interior elevation marks to show up in the detail plan view. There has got to be some solution I am missing. I would really appreciate some help.

Change from a detail view to a floor plan. (In your call-out settings)

Okay...sorry....I figured out what I did wrong. I should have done a Callout plan view instead of a Callout detail view. So I will just redo all my plan views. At least now I know and knowing half the battle.

You don't have to redo...just change the type.

Thanks for the suggestion....but when I tried that there was no option that would allow me in the type selector or the properties dialog (I tried both) that would allow me to switch from detail view to plan view...I am currently using 2010 maybe that's possible in 2011. Anyway I appreciate your help and advise.

Sorry ... my mistake but here is what you can do. Make your new callout - floor plan. Window your old detail plan and copy to clipboard all non-model elements, move to your new floor plan and paste same place. No work lost.
