Just uploaded family - no preview thumbnail, how to add it without uploading it again? When uploaded in the past I did not attach jpg. image and it was fine preview, so what's the difference? cheers

In the RevitCITY listing, you have to load a seperate image for the preview. RC will not use the file image. You must have forgotten that you did that. The Revit family thumnail view is set in the family when you save it. It can be set from the current view at save time or any view in the family. To get the largest view, pull in all elemts to the smallest area.
