This curtain wall(in Revit term) make adjusting the curtain wall(in design term) very easily and fast. But the headache is once you get the configuration of the curtain wall you want, you can't lock it. It's easily affected by the change of its context or changed accidently by other team members. Is there any way to lock it once it's done?

I would NOT group your curtainwall. In the AutoDESK model performace guide, they suggest yous "Avoid maintaining unnecessary groups. Delete unused groups from the project browser." My question is why the need to lock at all? You should not need to do very much of that. Could it be that you are using curtainwall types that have pre-set spacings and the curtainwall is reverting to that condition? This is a common problem with new users. Pre-set (automatic) curtainwalls are great for initial layouts because all the spacings, mullions, panels can be set ahead of time but when you modify these, you have to unlock any areas you want to change. If you don't do this properly, you can make changes that look correct but the next timeyou open the project, everything moves to its original location. We actually prefer to layout using the automatic, then switch the entire CW to a completely manual CW but keeping all the automatic layout. Then we can modify all elements.
